On the afternoon of August 26, 2025, Wuhan, Hubei Province, hosted a landmark event titled ​"Empowering Private Enterprises to Explore African Markets (Africa): Insight, Solutions, and Collaborative Growth", organized by the Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce (HBFIC). The conference brought together government officials, industry experts, and private entrepreneurs from Hubei to create a platform for policy interpretation, experience sharing, and resource alignment. This initiative marks a strategic step toward unlocking Africa’s potential as a new frontier for Hubei’s private sector and deepening China-Africa cooperation.

Highlighting China-Africa cooperation mechanisms and improved policy channels, she underscored the strategic opportunities for businesses. However, she also cautioned companies to prioritize compliance management and adopt a full-chain risk prevention approach to ensure sustainable growth in Africa.
