To seize new opportunities arising from China's continued opening-up strategy and support private enterprises in expanding into overseas markets, the 2026 Central Asia Market Expansion Forum for Private Enterprises was successfully held on June 25, 2026, at the Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce. The event brought together outstanding private entrepreneurs from across Hubei Province to explore emerging opportunities in Central Asia, discuss international market expansion strategies, strengthen overseas risk management, and promote high-quality global development for Chinese private enterprises. The forum was chaired by Li Caiyun, Vice Chairwoman of the Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce.

The event opened with remarks from Dang Zhen, Vice Chairwoman of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Chairwoman of the Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce, and President of the Hubei General Chamber of Commerce. Recognizing that legal compliance is fundamental to sustainable overseas development, Xu Min, President of the International Arbitration Institute of the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, shared practical insights into managing international legal risks and commercial arbitration. Through real-world case studies, she discussed key issues including contract performance, cross-border disputes, compliance management, and international commercial arbitration procedures, equipping participating enterprises with practical strategies to safeguard their overseas operations.
Focusing on Central Asia, Huang Lixia, Executive President and Secretary-General of the Hubei International Cooperation Association for Enterprises, presented a comprehensive overview of the region's business environment and cooperation opportunities. Her presentation covered market characteristics, industrial development, investment policies, trade regulations, and sector-specific demand across Central Asian countries, while identifying promising collaboration opportunities and practical market entry strategies for Hubei enterprises.

The forum concluded with a practical session by Xiao Laifang, Co-founder of Hai Xiao Er Technology, who shared hands-on experience in international trade execution. Covering topics such as overseas market research, product certification and regulatory compliance, international logistics, customer acquisition, and online/offline channel development, the presentation offered practical solutions for transforming products into successful overseas business opportunities.
